SF Group is delighted to be working with a key client to find a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant.

What’s the Role?As an integral part of the HR team, you’ll be involved in the entire employee lifecycle and beyond.

  • HR Operations: Manage onboarding/offboarding, draft contracts and letters, and maintain accurate databases.
  • Recruitment Support: Create compelling job adverts, monitor applications, and oversee job board accounts.
  • Employee Relations: Be the first point of contact, providing guidance and support on ER matters.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle key HR tasks and step in to support payroll processes when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • HR Experience: A solid background in HR, including employee lifecycle processes, recruitment, and database management.
  • ER Knowledge: A foundational understanding of Employee Relations and some experience offering guidance in this area.
  • A Can-Do Attitude: You’re proactive, organised, and ready to take on a role that’s admin-heavy but packed with opportunities to learn and grow.
