Orbital Recruitment is seeking a Welder/General Operative for a client in Ilkeston with immediate interviews and starts available.
The role involves welding flanges on large utility pipes primarily in the Water and Waste sectors using both automatic and manual welding techniques.
Candidates should have basic experience in MIG welding and a willingness to learn new skills as needed.
The position offers a salary of £12.14 per hour for days and £13.87 per hour for afternoons, with overtime pay at 1.5 times on weekdays and Saturdays, and double time on Sundays.
Working hours are from 7am to 3.30pm for days and 2pm to 10.30pm for afternoons, with an early finish on Fridays.

Orbital Recruitment are currently looking for a Welder/General Operative for our client based in Ilkeston.

IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW AND STARTS

Duties:

Welding flanges on large utility pipes for the Water and Waste sectors predominately.

You will be using automatic welding machines to weld the flanges on the pipes and manual welding any defects
