The Role:

  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN), tailoring support methods to meet diverse needs
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to effectively support students
  • Monitor student progress, supporting them to reach targets
  • Demonstrate effective behaviour management skills
  • Support with creating a positive and inclusive environment for all students

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • A Relevant qualification or degree (desirable)
  • Experience of working with children with special educational needs (SEN)
  • A commitment to contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • An enhanced DBS and two references are a requirement for this role
