Part-Time HR Manager – Ilkeston – £35,000 - £50,000 (Pro Rata)

We are partnering with an established manufacturing business in Ilkeston, who are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join their team on a flexible, part-time basis (around 3 days per week).  The role can be organised around school hours.

About the Company:

Our client is a growing organisation with around 100 employees who values collaboration, innovation, and quality. They are looking for an HR professional who can provide strategic guidance while also managing the day-to-day HR functions.

The Role:
 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and retention.
  • Offer expert advice on workforce planning, organisational design, and development.
  • Foster employee engagement and help maintain a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and manage HR policies and procedures.


The Ideal Candidate:
 

  • Proven experience in hands-on operational HR roles in an SME environment.
