Part-Time HR Manager – Ilkeston – £35,000 - £50,000 (Pro Rata)
We are partnering with an established manufacturing business in Ilkeston, who are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join their team on a flexible, part-time basis (around 3 days per week). The role can be organised around school hours.

The Role:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and retention.
- Offer expert advice on workforce planning, organisational design, and development.
- Foster employee engagement and help maintain a positive, inclusive culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and manage HR policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience in hands-on operational HR roles in an SME environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the organisation.
- Strong track record in managing the employee lifecycle and overseeing HR operations.
- Confident in providing guidance on workforce planning and organisational structure.
