Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with strong mechanical and basic electrical knowledge for a permanent position in Ilkeston.
The salary for this role is dependent on experience, and it requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a maintenance role.
The job involves maintenance and repairs on various manufacturing machinery, ordering and replenishing spare parts, and working with subcontractors.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, with travel required once a week to a sister site.

Maintenance and repairs on various manufacturing machinery including automated lines and conveyors
Order, control and replenish spare parts and components
Update PPM forms and investigate equipment failures
Work with subcontractors to assist with maintenance, repairs and modifications to plant and equipment.
Travel required once a week to sister site

Mechanical Maintenance EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Driving License and own vehicle required
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience working within a maintenance role
