Hours: Flexible, dependent on the individual
Pay: Negotiable, approximately £13-14 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair injection moulding tools and precision equipment
Produce parts and fixtures for new or prototype machinery
Read and create technical drawings
Operate hand tools and powered machinery for high-quality part production
Use precision measurement instruments
Assist with machine breakdowns and problem-solving
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to HSE, BRCGS AA, and FDA standards
Requirements:
Experience in tool room engineering, particularly with injection moulding
Proficiency in working with various materials (metals, alloys, plastics, ceramics)
Ability to read and produce technical drawings
Skilled in using precision measurement instruments
Knowledge of HSE, BRCGS, and FDA standards is advantageous
