Quality Manager

Are you an experienced Quality Manager or Senior Quality Technician looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join their team. As the Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and coordinating the Quality Systems for the Ilkeston site, ensuring compliance with all relevant quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support external audits from customers and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct regular reviews of quality critical documents, systems, and procedures.
  • Maintain quality critical documents such as manuals, SOPs, and audit reports.
  • Support production, warehouse, and maintenance processes in maintaining quality standards.
  • Take the lead in high-risk routine validation activities for sterile manufacturing.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to targets.
  • Manage temperature monitoring on-site and validate equipment and processes.
  • Collaborate with HACCP teams to ensure quality at the site.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Quality Management experience in a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Experience in cleanroom.
