We are currently recruiting for a full time Lettings negotiator to join a housing association in the East Midlands. This role will aim to provide support to the venerable.Job title: Lettings NegotiatorLocation: Ilkeston area Hours: 35 hours a weekHourly rate: £19hr via umbrellaThe Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for:
  • Inspection of properties
  • Marketing and letting properties in a timely and efficient manner
  • Carry out viewings for new possible tenants
  • Liaise with local authority partners
  • Safeguard customers and family members in accordance with policy
  • Ensure compliance with data security, protection policies and processes
The ideal Lettings Negotiator will have to be:
  • Have experience letting or managing properties
  • Have experience in social housing
  • Have good communication and listening skills. Be able to show compassion and support to the venerable
  • Have strong numeracy skills, be able to interpret data, calculate rents and payments due
  • Have a full UK driving licence
