- Job Type: Temporary (3 months)
- Salary: £17.16 to £20.35 per hour umbrella
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (40 hours per week)
We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join a large housing association on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role is based in Ilkeston, DE7, and requires early morning starts.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs using a variety of materials and methods.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients on-site.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Roofer OR Labourer who can work on scaffolds & ladders
- Valid driving licence and ability to commute to Ilkeston for early morning starts.
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
