Service Team Leader required for our Client’s well-established Automotive business based in the Ilkeston area.Our Automotive well-established Automotive business Client is currently seeking a skilled Service Team Leader to manage their busy Service Department.For your hard work as a Service Team Leader for our Client you can expect a salary of £40,000.The hours of work in this Service Team Leader position are Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. Responsibilities as a Service Team Leader for our Client

Dealing directly with customers
Liaising with the Technicians and Workshop Controller to provide a great customer service
Responding to customer requests and concerns
Tracking the vehicle through the workshop updating the customer at all times and scheduling services
Mentor, coach and lead by example to existing members of staff in your service team

Requirements of this Service Team Leader Role

Previous working experience within a Service Team Leader capacity
Outstanding Management skills
Technically minded
Ability to get things done without compromising on Service delivered.
