In this fulfilling role, you will collaborate closely with families, carers, and various agencies to safeguard and support adults at risk. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Needs Assessment: Partner with individuals to identify their needs and develop tailored plans to address them. Support their health and wellbeing through effective safeguarding measures.
  • Caseload Management: Efficiently manage a designated caseload to achieve the best possible outcomes for individuals, groups, and communities. Provide leadership and expertise to empower them towards desired changes.
  • Relationship Building and Advocacy: Establish and maintain strong relationships with individuals and communities. Advocate for the rights and access to services of vulnerable people, ensuring their needs are represented.

What do you need?

To be successful in the application process, candidates will need to have:

  • BA Honours in Social Work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Mental Health there is an expectation that you will be AMHP qualified or willing to undertake the Pre AMHP and PG Certificate AMHP Qualification
  • Experience in case management
