About the Role:

As our new SEN Maths Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, tailored Maths lessons to students with a range of special educational needs.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and abilities.
- Work closely with support staff to provide a nurturing and structured learning environment.
- Use creative and practical approaches to make Maths accessible and enjoyable for all students.
- Support students in developing confidence and key numeracy skills for life beyond school.

About You:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching qualification. (Desired not essential)
- Experience working with students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and other learning needs.
- A patient, adaptable, and innovative approach to teaching.
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
