About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated School Site Supervisor to join a school in Leeds. This is a temp-to-perm role, starting ASAP, where you'll work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the school premises are maintained to the highest standards.

Essential Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in facilities, care taking, or site management (minimum 1 year).
  • Proven ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working within health and safety guidelines.
  • Practical handy person skills, with plumbing or similar trade experience desirable.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the site officers and support the Site Manager with maintenance, cleaning, and grounds contracts.
  • Coordinate and monitor issues raised to the site team, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maximise opportunities for site lettings while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Act as a key holder for the school, including responding to out-of-hours emergencies.
  • Undertake repairs, preventive maintenance, and decoration work.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met, including fire safety, water testing, and equipment checks.
  • Liaise with contractors, manage deliveries, and oversee the proper use of school facilities.
  • Provide first aid support (training provided if necessary).
