Job title: Health & Safety Advisor

Assured Safety Recruitment are proud to be working with a growing Facilites Management organisation, committed to Health & Safety as they look to expand their team with a Health & Safety Advisor.
Â
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to proactively ensure compliance to Health & Safety systems, policies and procedures throughout the organisation and on project sites.Â
Duties will include, but are not limited to:-

Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Lead the implementation and enforcement of health and safety policies and procedures across the organisation.

Provide training and guidance to employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records of safety activities, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reports to meet regulatory requirements.

This role requires a collaborative approach where you will focus on developing a positive Health & Safety culture.Â
Â
Successful applicants will hold the NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum Health & Safey qualification and have experience working within Construction or a related industry. You will have excellent communication skills and be prepared to travel in this role.Â
You will hold a full UK drivers licence.Â
