Assured Safety Recruitment are proud to be working with a growing Facilites Management organisation, committed to Health & Safety as they look to expand their team with a Health & Safety Advisor.

 

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to proactively ensure compliance to Health & Safety systems, policies and procedures throughout the organisation and on project sites. 

Duties will include, but are not limited to:-

  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Lead the implementation and enforcement of health and safety policies and procedures across the organisation.

  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

  • Maintain accurate records of safety activities, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reports to meet regulatory requirements.

 

This role requires a collaborative approach where you will focus on developing a positive Health & Safety culture. 

 

Successful applicants will hold the NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum Health & Safey qualification and have experience working within Construction or a related industry. You will have excellent communication skills and be prepared to travel in this role. 

You will hold a full UK drivers licence.
