Outdoors Nursery Practitioner

Location: LS29 IlkleyJob Type: Permanent, Part-Time (3 days per week, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)Pay: Competitive, Based on Experience

Are you passionate about working in the great outdoors and inspiring young minds? A nursery in LS29 is seeking an Outdoor Nursery Practitioner for a part-time role. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy nature, have experience working outdoors, and are dedicated to supporting children's growth and learning in a unique, outdoor-based environment.

• Support children's development through engaging, nature-focused activities.
• Maintain a safe and stimulating environment in an outdoor setting.
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and exploration in young learners.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

• Previous outdoor experience (essential).
• A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children in a natural learning environment.
• Energetic, proactive, and caring approach.
• No formal childcare qualifications required-outdoor experience is key!
