Service Manager West Yorkshire £50-60k + £6.5k car allowance +
Samuel Frank is recruiting for a Service Manager to join a well established and successful, West Yorkshire based OEM. The Service Manager will manage the team that provides aftercare plans, equipment optimisation, inspections, refurbishments and repairs across a range of equipment and sectors.
Key aspects of the Service Manager role include;
- Manage a team of Service Engineers, schedule works, manage customer enquiries whilst ensuring the Service Engineers are adequately trained both technically and in health & safety
- Can demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Can multitask and work well under pressure
- Service Manager role could suit someone ready to move away from Service Engineering who is looking for more of a static role
- Recruit new Service Engineers to the team when required
- Issue work to team and monitor progress
- The successful Service Manager is likely to have had previous team management experience, ideally in a service focused environment
- Strong background in customer liaison
- Background could be either Electrical or Mechanically biased
- Full UK driving licence
- Role will office based
The company premises are easily commutable from large parts of West Yorkshire, including places such as Leeds, Bradford, Keighley, Ilkley, Harrogate, Skipton, Shipley and Otley.
