Job Advertisement: Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified)
Location: Oley & Ilkley
Salary: Up to 13 per hour
Hours: Flexible working days, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
We are hiring!
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our dynamic teams in both Oley and Ilkley. If you're passionate about early years education and have the experience and qualifications to make a real difference in young children's lives, we want to hear from you!

Role Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
- Proven experience in a childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum
- Passion for working with children and creating fun, engaging activities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- A current DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS
- Plan, implement, and evaluate activities that support children's learning and development
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times
- Support children in developing social, emotional, and physical skills
- Observe and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records
