We are hiring!
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our dynamic teams in both Oley and Ilkley. If you're passionate about early years education and have the experience and qualifications to make a real difference in young children's lives, we want to hear from you!

Role Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a childcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum
  • Passion for working with children and creating fun, engaging activities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • A current DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate activities that support children's learning and development
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times
  • Support children in developing social, emotional, and physical skills
  • Observe and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records
