My client is looking for a hands-on, people focused, Head Chef, to oversee the hotels 2 Rosette Restaurant, Afternoon Tea, Breakfast and Event spaces. The role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a historic property, leading a brigade of 10 chefs, helping to define the culinary identity of this prestigious location as we enter an exciting new chapter for 2025.
