At our clients company, they are passionate about creating high-quality products and delivering exceptional service to their customers. As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process and help them achieve their goals.

Days - Monday to Friday

6am till 2.30pm

6am till 1.30pm (Friday)

Pay Rates: £12.21 per hour

The role involves carrying out various facility activities, including basic plumbing, painting and decorating, internal building care, and outdoor amenities upkeep.

Additionally, the position supports maintenance activities under the supervision of maintenance engineers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting and assisting with audits of key site safety systems, such as fire alarms, safety lighting, and site security systems, while ensuring all data is recorded within structured systems.
  • The role also includes maintaining the day-to-day appearance of the site.

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional level of numeracy and literacy
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to create and work within automated maintenance schedule,
  • Support the processes of troubleshoot, root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of structure and or external amenities to be maintained,
  • Knowledge and ability to generate maintenance procedures,
  • Experience in maintenance is required
