Our client is a thriving manufacturer who have an exciting opportunity and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working within a small customer support team. You will coordinate between operations and their customers to provide them with the highest levels of customer service acting as a vital link for their commercial administrative functions. Key Duties: Monitor and assign emails in generic inboxes Answer customer enquiries by telephone and email, plus any other communication channels that are introduced by the company such as live chat and social media Acknowledging sales orders Input sales orders into the companys database Liaise with their Production Manager & Team Leader to ensure all orders are progressed within agreed time scales Ensure that all relevant delivery information is gathered from customers, including delivery contact and site details Liaise with customers and their Transportation Team to ensure all goods are appropriately packed for onward transportation to site and accepted on site Full time - 37 hours - Monday to Friday (100% site based) Salary: GBP22600 (GBP11.75 p.h.) + benefits including: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, free parking, pension, life assurance This is a great opportunity to join a busy friendly customer focused team.
