Registered Children Home Manager
Location: Ilminster, Somerset
Salary: 46,800 - 52,000 per annum + eligible for the 10,000 per annum bonus. Earning potential of up to 62,000 per annum.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (flexibility required to suit the needs of the business)
About the Role:
This company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Childrens Home Manager to lead a brand new children's home. This is a unique opportunity to shape and influence the future of a new facility, ensuring high standards of care and compliance from the very start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and all relevant legislation.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of each child.
- Maintain effective communication with children, families, and external agencies.
- Oversee the home's budget and resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in children's residential care.
- In-depth understanding of children's home regulations.
- Experience working with Ofsted.
- Full UK driving license.
