A unique bonus scheme in which all employees benefit! Giving you the potential to earn in excess of £30,000.00 per annum.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm

1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am to 1.00pm

Acorn by Synergie is actively seeking a Sales Negotiator to join a premier property specialist who have been established for almost two centuries. With a strong reputation for providing exceptional customer service and delivering successful results to their clients. Role overview: You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience from property viewings to negotiations. You will need to have a full driving license and your own car to attend viewing appointments. Key responsibilities:

  • Marketing and promoting new and existing properties.
  • Registering new buyers
  • Booking market valuations for senior negotiators to attend
  • Booking viewings
  • Matching buyers' criteria to properties, keeping in contact with them to update their status and making them aware of new properties to market.
  • Conduct viewings.
  • Giving feedback to vendors.
  • When required assisting with the progression of the sale .

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in valuing would be desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
