HOURS: Monday - Friday

Are you a methodical and accurate Accounts Administrator looking to join a well-established and thriving business? If so this may be the role for you! Supporting the accounts department you will be responsible for a variety of duties to ensure the smooth running of the department. This is a temporary role, starting immediately for a minimum of 3 months therefore you must be able to commit to the full duration.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering calls for the department
  • Assisting with queries
  • Responding to emails
  • Processing invoices and requesting payments
  • Processing credit card expenses and checking statements
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Updating the database and running reports

Essential skills and qualities:

  • Prior administration and accounts experience
  • Strong IT and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills
