Location: Immingham, UK
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 17:30
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
What will you be doing?
- Receiving and processing all customer orders through various platforms in a timely manner
- Liaising with clients daily to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Sourcing the optimum solutions for our clients' needs, taking into consideration lead-times and cost
- Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out for each Key Account
- Developing relationships with internal networks and third-party service providers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Providing all services as set out within the individual Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
About You
- Experience in a similar role in Land Freight with knowledge of international and domestic transport highly desirable.
- Customs process knowledge desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and building excellent client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and additional duties as needed.
