EFAB Industrial Solutions, a leading Engineering Construction business based in Immingham, are looking to add a Business Development Administrator to our Business Development team.

The Business Development Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth and development. The successful candidate will support the Business Development Managers in fulfilling the administrative duties associated with bidding for new work, researching potential clients and markets, and calling potential clients.

Business Development Administrator Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends within target industries, in-line with the company’s strategic direction
  • Generate leads and new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and establishing strong relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies to attract and retain clients
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Maintain a detailed database of leads, prospects, and clients, ensuring accuracy and updating regularly
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company and explore business prospects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify potential areas for business growth
  • Assist Business Development Managers with key account management
  • Develop and implement marketing tactics in line with the Company’s development strategy and business objectives
  • Review and maintain marketing material (including but not limited to: Website, intranet, advertisements, press releases/editorials, brochures, promotional literature, exhibition material, presentations and mailshots)
  • Coordinate the publication of case studies, approaching engineering and construction teams for technical content
