Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading Logistics business who are looking for a Bookings Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Duties to include
- Deal with customer enquiries and help them with any information that they require
- Take bookings and create in our internal software
- Liaise with transport and export planners
- Data entry
- Call screening
- Administration
- Any other duties as required
You will have
- A confident and approachable personality
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
- Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
- Good decision-making skills, ability to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads
- A methodical, logical approach with good problem-solving abilities, able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team
- IT literate
- A willingness to learn other roles in the team to build on personal experience
