Import Co-ordinator
Office based role
Location: Immingham
Salary: 21k-27k (DOE)
Hours: Full time/ Mon-Fri
Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a successful Shipping and Freight Forwarding company, who are looking to expand their team and add another Import Co-ordinator to their busy, fast growing business.
The role:
- Special Contract Customer services/admin.
- Take import bookings and create on the internal software.
- Liaising with business clients/customers.
- Sales invoice preparation for the admin team.
- Assist team with administrative functions.
You will need:
- 1-2 years experience within a Logistics environment
- A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail
- Customer focused with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
- Good decision-making skills, able to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads
- A methodical, logical approach with good problem-solving abilities, able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team
- IT literate
