Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fuel Administrator to join the team at the Immingham.

In this role, youll manage fuel-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations and optimal fuel usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate fuel requirements with drivers and maintain accurate fuel records.
  • Monitor fuel levels and address any discrepancies.
  • Provide fuelling instructions and support to drivers.
  • Oversee fuel deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely receipt.
  • Generate reports on fuel usage and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in fuel management or administration, preferably in logistics.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage records and data efficiently.
  • Knowledge of fuel management regulations is a plus.
