Position: Commercial Vehicle Service Administrator
Location: Immingham
Salary: £11.48ph
Job Type: Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for commercial vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of service history and customer information.
- Liaise with customers to provide updates on service progress and costs.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payment.
- Assist with parts ordering and inventory management.
- Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office, service management systems).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
