Our client, a highly regarded and growing contractor based Northwest London, is currently seeking an experienced and organised Administrator to join their team in Ingatestone. With a strong portfolio of long-term projects in the region, this company offers a dynamic and supportive work environment. Due to continued growth and a busy project schedule, they are looking to bring in a key team member to help maintain the smooth operation of day-to-day administration across multiple refurbishment contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Organise and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports
  • Assist with the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other business documentation
  • Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing supplies
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as needed to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services
  • Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within the construction industry
  • Proven experience in an administration role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
