About Us:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager / Contracts Manager to join our client, a well-established construction company delivering high-quality refurbishment projects across London and the South-East.
Founded in 1992, our client operates in the commercial, industrial, residential, health, and education sectors, managing projects ranging from £10,000 to £3,000,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Support Site Managers through regular site visits.
Record variations and manage project costings.
Procure and manage sub-contractors, plant, and materials.
Liaise and negotiate with clients, design teams, and contract administrators.
Ensure health & safety compliance throughout project delivery.
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with a main contractor.
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 5 (or higher) or equivalent.
SMSTS certification.
CSCS Black Card (or equivalent).
