An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technician / Engineer to join a leading provider of bespoke physical security solutions across diverse sectors. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical equipment across client sites in Essex and Kent.

The role may involve working with Security Doors, Access Control Systems, Safes, Bullet-Resistant Glass, Security Shutters, Security Barriers, Alarm Systems, CCTV, Turnstiles, Perimeter Security, Glass Partitions, Vaults, Integrated Security Systems, Fire Doors etc,

You will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with equipment.
  • Adhering to company policies while delivering quality service.
  • Supporting team members and enhancing overall service efficiency.

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally have experience in field service role within a mechanical electrical environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in equipment repair.
  • Skilled in mobile device / tablet use.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence.
