Production Team Leader

CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader for our client based in Preston, PR3.

This role requires:

• Lead and supervise a team of production operatives on the line to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and HACCP.
• Coordinate shift start-up and shutdown procedures, including handovers and daily briefings.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Monitor health and safety
• Monitor daily output and report KPIs.
• Participate in audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills:

• Proven experience in a food production or FMCG environment,
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Working hours:

Sunday - Thursday, 7pm - 5am or 5pm - 3am
