Three Bridges Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading Accountancy Practice for roles in their audit team. These roles range from Audit Associate to Audit Manager. This organisation has several sites across Scotland.

Job

These roles provide the opportunity to:

  • Lead or support external audits for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy & adherence to standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, team leaders, & senior partners, ensuring effective communication & delivery
  • Mentor & guide junior team members, offering support & sharing knowledge (as appropriate to your role level)
  • Build & maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor & enhancing their experience
  • Complete assignments within set deadlines & budgets, ensuring a meticulous approach to your work
  • Take on special projects as assigned by senior management, providing variety & challenge in your role

You

You will bring skills & experience such as:

  • Background in accounts preparation & recent experience in public practice auditing
  • Part-qualified or recently qualified CA or ACCA, with a sound understanding of audit processes
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team, supporting others & contributing to a positive work culture
  • Strong organisational skills, enabling you to deliver projects on time & within budget
  • Confidence in using technology & software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office & familiarity with tools like CCH Audit Automation, SAGE, Xero, or CaseWare IDEA
  • A focus on detail & a commitment to delivering high-quality work
