Peace Recruitment are currently working with anambitious housing association who are looking to source an experienced Maintenance Officer for a 3 month temporary contract. They are ideally looking for a candidate who can start immediately. They are ideally looking for someone to be based out of their Invergordon office.
Your role will primarily be dealing with reactive repair inspections and voids. Working within a small team you will have a varied role. To be successful in this role you will have experience as a Maintenance or Technical Officer preferably within a housing association but a local authority background would be considered. Having excellent customer service skills is a must for this role. The job does require travel to properties so having a UK Driving License and your own transport is essential.
You will be working with a small but ambitious housing association. This role is initially for 3 months but does have the chance of extension for the right candidate or become permanent.
