Job Description - Divisional Sales Director:£60,000 - £70,000 + 20% bonus + car + benefits

We are working with a successful, highly respected and ambitious agricultural trade supplier. We seek a high calibre sales leader to take responsibility for a valuable sales channel.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Agree and deliver the annual KPI’s for sales, margin, activity and behaviours.
  • Proactively manage a small but growing team.
  • Manage activity levels and drive customer and prospect activity.
  • Lead and drive results/performance improvements through effective 1:1s.
  • Lead and chair team meetings.
  • Proactively identify business threats and opportunities and take action.
  • Create optimal annual bonus structure to drive business performance.

Candidate Profile - Divisional Sales DirectorWith autonomous responsibility for your sales channel the job holder, you will lead a sales team and assume a range of commercial responsibilities.

Your Profile Should Include:

  • A home based in central Scotland.
  • Agree and deliver the annual KPI’s for sales, margin, activity and behaviours.
  • Proactively manage both team and individual development.
  • Manage activity levels from the team and ensures activity is taking place to successfully meet sales targets.
  • Lead and drive results/performance improvements through effective 1:1s.
  • Lead and chair the channel board meeting.
  • Create optimal annual bonus structure to drive business and individual performance.
  • Acquire a detailed understanding of revenue stream P&L and continually look for ways to drive profit.

Salary/Benefits Information:

  • The reward package is negotiable but will include a basic salary c£60,000 - £70,000 plus an annual bonus to 20% of salary, company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday, pension contribution, laptop, mobile, fuel card and all out of pocket expenses.
