Sales Manager (On-Trade)

Field Based – Scotland (Central Belt)

Up to £40,000 base salary + car allowance + bonus

Are you an experienced Sales Manager with a passion for the drinks industry? Do you have a proven track record in acquiring new business and managing relationships within the On Trade market? If you’re ready to join a leading cider company at the forefront of the industry, we want to hear from you!

We are currently representing a dynamic and innovative cider company that is a true pioneer within the market. We are looking for a Sales Manager to focus on expanding the company’s presence by building relationships with pub groups and wholesalers, while continuing to drive sales with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and secure new customers, with a particular focus on pub groups and wholesalers.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure smooth ordering and timely service.
  • Utilise your industry knowledge and existing relationships to open new doors and maximise sales.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Drive sales through educating customers on the company’s brand, portfolio, and the benefits of cider.
  • Attend regular meetings and provide top-tier customer service, ensuring both new and existing accounts are managed effectively.

About You:

  • Strong experience in the On Trade sector, with a focus on pub groups and wholesalers.
  • Previous experience in the drinks industry, ideally within cider or beer.
  • Driven, outcome-focused, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about the cider market and eager to grow your career in this dynamic sector.
  • Highly organised, with strong time-management abilities.
