Title: Customer Service Administrator
Hours: Part Time (approx. 4 days a week)
Location: Invergordon
Salary: £11.44 per hour depending on experience
Details:
Our client is looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator on a part time basis in Invergordon. This is a varied role offering excellent training and the opportunity to progress within the business. The preferred pattern of working hours is 4 days per week although some flexibility may be offered to suit.
Duties include:
- Dealing with a range of customer enquiries, maintaining and developing customer relations.
- Taking and processing customer orders.
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Monitoring and replenishing stock.
- Taking and recording deliveries.
- Processing transactions and reconciling takings.
- Merchandising.
- Assisting with putting together orders for dispatch.
- Ad hoc administration in support of the Director.
- Diary management.
- Taking messages and delegating calls.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace at all times.
- Cashiering.
Person specification:
- Previous administration/customer service experience.
- Ability to undertake training and development opportunities and progress to a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong teamworking skills.
- Open to training and development opportunities and a willingness to accept additional responsibility.
