Interv_l are supporting a fast growing IDNO as they continue to expand. Off the back of winning a number of awards with more in the pipeline were now on the hunt for a Site Supervisor.

You'll be travelling round to their various projects they have running ensuring everything is running smoothly, safely and to high quality reporting any issues that may arise. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody who has been looking to come off the tools and step into a more supervisory function

What you'll be doing!

  • Proactively deliver site progress and suggest process improvements.
  • Communicate frequently with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure site operatives follow health and safety regulations.
  • Plan and manage manpower efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead by example, adhering to company processes.
  • Monitor site efficiency and productivity within agreed timescales.
  • Manage operatives and subcontractors; conduct quality and safety audits.
  • Ensure site installations meet standards and regulations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and local authorities; attend relevant meetings.
  • Provide weekly feedback and attend progress meetings with the Project Manager.

What you'll need!

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Cable Jointer or Civil Engineer.
  • Relevant certifications in cable jointing, safety management, or project management preferred.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong health and safety knowledge and practices.
  • Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
