Contracts Manager - Social Housing & Commercial Properties

Central Scotland

£38,000 - £45,000 + Car/Allowance + Benefits

TS Recruitment are working with a leading Contractor based in Central Scotland, currently recruiting a Contracts Manager for planned maintenance / internal refurbishment contracts across Central Scotland.

In this role, you'll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include managing client expectations, coordinating with subcontractors, handling Health & Safety documentation, and organising staff and resources. You'll also work with Estimators/Quantity Surveyors to track changes and represent the company at project meetings.
