TS Recruitment are working with a leading Contractor based in Central Scotland, currently recruiting a Contracts Manager for planned maintenance / internal refurbishment contracts across Central Scotland.
In this role, you'll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include managing client expectations, coordinating with subcontractors, handling Health & Safety documentation, and organising staff and resources. You'll also work with Estimators/Quantity Surveyors to track changes and represent the company at project meetings.

Requirements:
- Experience in the social housing sector and managing painting and decorating contracts is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a dedication to meeting client expectations
- Knowledge of schedules of rates, including the NHF Schedule of Rates
- Proven ability to manage teams of operatives
