The Role of the Service Engineer• Travel to customer sites to perform duties.• Install, service, and repair instrumentation.• Represent the company and maintain professional customer relations.• Plan and prepare for site visits to ensure smooth execution.• Ensure products are installed safely, correctly, and meet customer satisfaction.• Complete site reports promptly after visits.• Receive training on instruments to service them effectively.• Provide customer training to ensure they understand instrument operation.• Will be office based for 2 days, field based for 3 days.

The Ideal Person for the Service Engineer• Previous experience in working with instrumentation• Experience with gas analysers is desirable but not essential.• Must have a passion for travel and flexibility for overnight stays during the week.• Participate in an on-call service rota for key customers.• Willingness to cover on-call duties as part of the rota is essential.
