About Pathway Commercial Finance

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and highly organized Commercial Finance Case Manager to manage deals from inception to completion.

Role Overview

As a Commercial Finance Case Manager, you will be the key coordinator between our internal Sales Manager, Loan Processing Admin, clients, and lenders. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee commercial finance applications, ensuring they are processed efficiently and successfully funded.

You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and lenders throughout the deal process, ensuring clear communication and smooth progress. You will be supported by the Loan Processing Admin, who will assist in gathering documents, liaising with lenders, and handling administrative tasks related to loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage commercial finance applications from initial submission through to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure deals progress efficiently and meet lender requirements.
  • Liaise with lenders to track applications, provide necessary documentation, and address any queries.
  • Supervise the Loan Processing Admin, who will provide administrative support in managing deals.
  • Ensure all required client documentation is collected, verified, and submitted accurately.
  • Proactively monitor deal progress and identify potential delays or issues, taking steps to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications and communications within our internal systems (HubSpot or CRM).
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and lender criteria.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Commercial finance brokerage experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of lender requirements, financial documentation, and underwriting processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deals at different stages.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
