Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with top-rate law firm in Scotland, who are seeking a IP Process Administrator to join their busy team.

This role would be great for a candidate with IP administration working experience. You’ll need good grammar and attention to detail for this role, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks. The CIPA qualification would be beneficial, however this is not a requirement.

Duties involve:

  • IP process management.
  • Ensuring important information is added to cases on the firm’s system.
  • Preparing documentation.
  • Acknowledging client instructions.
  • Updating clients on their cases.
  • Resolving conflicts with relevant parties.
