- Support the implementation and monitoring of health & safety strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Carry out audits, inspections, and investigations to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Promote visible safety leadership and support training initiatives across operational teams.
- Provide expert, practical advice to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive continuous improvement by sharing good practice and supporting the wider safety roadmap.
- At least 5 years' experience in a health & safety advisory or business partnering role.
- Comfortable working across multiple locations and departments.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is essential; NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 desirable.
- Strong knowledge of PUWER and LOLER.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with a proactive and independent approach.
- Salary up to £40,000, dependent on experience
