AES Compliance & Testing is expanding in Scotland. We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable Air Tester who will work with us to continue the growth and development of our team.

AES Compliance & Testing Ltd are best known for air tightness testing in the new build sector, we also offer other on-site services including sound insulation testing, ventilation testing, Veritherm and thermography surveys in the residential, non-residential and existing building sector.

Since 2006 we have built an enviable reputation within the construction industry priding ourselves on our rapid response to client demand, whether this is in relation to on-site services or the issue of urgent paperwork, our professionalism and our second to none customer service.

AES Compliance and Testing is part of AES Sustainability Limited, a UK award winning and leading technical consultancy in the housebuilding and construction industry.

Key Accountabilities:

Essential:

  • Always display a professional attitude demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients
  • Travel to construction sites and existing buildings, carrying out air tightness tests in conjunction with building regulations
  • Focus on tasks assigned and manage workload effectively and independently
  • Be an active member of the team, contributing ideas and sharing knowledge
  • Take a proactive approach to learning and development
  • Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to cover south Scotland and surrounding areas
  • Be an experienced Air Tightness Testing Engineer, with an ATTMA level 1 qualification or equivalent
  • Hold a full/clean driving license

Desirable:

  • Experience in sound insulation testing in accordance with approved document E
  • Experience in Part F Ventilation Testing
