- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of job functions.
- Develop and maintain a training plan.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, both in-person and remotely for diverse audiences, including end-users, administrators, and technical staff.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials.
- Customise training programs to meet the specific needs of the end users.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed.
- Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new features and enhancements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training program and make improvements as necessary.
- 2-3 years of experience in software training.
- Demonstratable proven experience in delivering training both face-to-face and remotely.
- Strong experience in creating training materials, including videos.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in an understandable manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience of working with contractors and 3rd party providers.
- In-depth knowledge of EPOS systems.
- Advantageous to have experience with LS Retail or Microsoft Business Central.
