Helpline Care Navigator (Scotland)Home-Based in Scotland About UsPSPA is the only UK charity providing support and information to people living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD). These rapidly progressing neurological conditions are caused by the premature loss of nerve cells in certain parts of the brain. So, if you’re passionate about improving lives and looking to make a real impact, this is the perfect role for you!The RoleAs a Helpline Care Navigator, you will provide essential information and support to individuals affected by PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy) and CBD (Corticobasal Degeneration) in Scotland.Acting as the first point of contact for PSP and CBD sufferers, you will respond to enquiries via phone, email, and other channels, offering tailored information and signposting individuals to relevant support services.
