MERJE, in collaboration with a leading and rapidly expanding Regulatory Consulting firm, is actively seeking a no of Regulatory Consultants to assume a pivotal role in client engagement, regulatory projects, and cultivating enduring partnerships.

As a Compliance Consultant, you will oversee the delivery of client solutions that address regulatory requirements and contribute to the daily operations of a company committed to making a substantial impact in regulatory consulting.

Key Qualifications: 

•                     Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following sectors;  Lending, Consumer Credit, General Insurance and Payments  

•                     Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (industry, consulting, regulator)

•                     Profound understanding of the UK regulatory framework

•                     Proficiency in influencing others through compelling written and verbal communication

Key Responsibilities:

•                     Offer expert compliance guidance to clients across governance, conduct, lending, consumer credit, SMCR, and consumer duty

•                     Generate high-calibre, technically sound, and well-supported deliverables within defined project parameters

•                     Stay abreast of developments in conduct, compliance, governance, and other regulatory domains impacting clients

•                     Foster positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders alike

Our client offers a flexible working model, allowing the successful candidate to be based anywhere in the UK. This approach combines the benefits of remote working with occasional office-based collaboration. While the majority of work can be conducted from home, there will be an expectation of some in-person presence when needed, particularly in London, to foster team connection and support key business activities.
