Excellent Senior level opportunity to work as part of a team managing and advising a portfolio of corporate and trustee clients for a leading Pensions Consultancy.Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of schemes, delivery Governance and Technical advice
- Leads the development of advice, capability and people
- Develop strategic plans to implement new benefits, de-risking or major change programmes for clients
- Communicate complex and technical issues at board director level, constructing business case/risk analysis
- Oversee development of Team members
- Look to work across multiple delivery areas to ensure rounded client delivery
You
- Extensive experience in the defined benefit pension scheme and employee benefits sector
- Background in managing key client accounts, developing relationships at board director level
- Good network across Pension Consulting areas
